These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AppPage website at https://apppage.co ("Website") and the services provided by AppPage. By using our Website and services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of AppPage

AppPage is a platform that provides smart app download links, landing pages, and marketing tools for mobile app developers and publishers.

2. Subscription and Usage Rights

AppPage offers a Free plan and two paid plans. The Free plan allows 1 app, and the short link for that app stops redirecting once it has served the number of clicks stated on our pricing page, and its landing page shows a notice in place of the page once it has served the number of visits per calendar month stated there, until the next month begins; the app, its link and its analytics remain in your account and the link resumes if you upgrade. The Pro plan allows up to 5 apps and the Advanced plan allows unlimited apps, both with unlimited clicks. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, and access continues until the end of the paid period. After that period ends your short links stop redirecting and your landing pages, including their privacy policy, terms and app-ads.txt pages, go offline until you subscribe again; your account does not move to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted: your apps, links and analytics remain in your account and are restored when you resubscribe. The Free plan described above applies to accounts that have not subscribed before.

3. User Data and Privacy

4. Non-Personal Data Collection

We use web cookies to collect non-personal data for the purpose of improving our services and user experience.

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France.
