Welcome to Peptide Tracker Support


Peptide Tracker is a personal journal for the protocol your healthcare provider gave you: save your protocols, log injections, rotate injection sites, plan cycles, track inventory and get reminders. Whether you have a question, run into a technical issue, or need help with your subscription, we're here to help.

Email our support team at [email protected]. You can also use Settings → Contact Us in the app, which adds your device and app version to help us solve the problem faster. We usually reply within 1–2 business days.


Frequently Asked Questions


Does the app calculate or recommend doses?

No. Peptide Tracker does not calculate, recommend or verify doses, dosages or reconstitution amounts, and it is not medical advice. Record your protocol exactly as prescribed, and always follow your prescriber, pharmacist or healthcare provider.


My reminders are not showing up.

  • Make sure notifications are allowed for Peptide Tracker in your device Settings → Notifications.
  • Check that the reminder is switched on in the Reminders list.
  • Open the app once after updating or restarting your phone so reminders can be rescheduled.
  • Focus / Do Not Disturb modes can silence notifications.


How do I restore my Premium subscription?

Open the Premium screen in the app and tap Restore Purchases, signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you used to subscribe.


How do I cancel my subscription or request a refund?

  • iPhone / iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Peptide Tracker. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
  • Android: Google Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Peptide Tracker. Refunds are handled by Google Play.

Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.


Where is my data stored? Can I move it to a new phone?

Your protocols, logs and health data are stored only on your device; we cannot see or recover them. Use Export in the app to save PDF or CSV copies, and keep your device backups (iCloud or Google) turned on so your data can come across when you set up a new phone.


How does the AI Assistant use my information?

The AI Assistant is optional. With your permission, only the text of the question you type is sent to OpenAI to generate an answer; your logs and health data are not sent. Please don't include personal details in questions. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Data Deletion


Peptide Tracker does not require an account. Your journal data is stored on your device and is deleted when you delete the app. The app also creates an anonymous ID for the AI Assistant and its usage limits; to have this server-side data deleted, email [email protected] with the subject "Data deletion request" and we will delete it in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
